Fuel Tank Security systems

The cost of replacing oil is now very expensive. The cost of replacing a tank can be an additional expense & can have possible environmental issues when the actual theft of oil has occured if the tank is also damaged.

Assured have a fuel tank alarm system that be installed with your existing or new bunded oil or fuel storage tank. Its simple, very effective & has a noisy (100db) siren with flashing beacon when triggered by someone who is unaware that it is even fitted. Optional extras for extra security can be: PIR's on the system to create extra security cover along & Vibration sensors fitted installed the tank unit.

If the system has been triggered by any part of the security system, then it will notify your mobile phone (or any other pre-nominated telephone numbers) & advise you that your tank is being tampered with, even if you are 150 miles away from home. This can then allow you to call the Police immediately to nofity them that someone is on your property without your permission.

For high spec sites, we can provide invisble infra red sensors which will trigger the system when somone walks into a designated area. This can also be linked into your house alarm system which can divert through to your alarm company who may be in direct contact with the Police.

This system can be easily self fitted to plastic bunded tanks if you have DIY skills. Single skin tanks required some adaption to allow the system to fitted within a lid which covers the fill points.
